Responsibilities of the Administration Department (Work Load)
The main Services of the Department of Administration are personnel affairs (recruitment, promotion, transfer, pension, punishment), disciplinary work, verification and enforcement work in accordance with the Civil Service Law and regulations, security and sanitation work, university entrance and exit work, planning and project preparation and presentation work, guidelines and data lists. The Department of Administration has carried out outstanding activities during its (60) years of existence, including the work of amending and expanding the university structure, the work of appointing staff to continuous entry positions, the work of appointing daily and part-time staff, the University Administrative Board (AB), the work of convening meetings, the work of submitting proposals for honorary degrees and medals (management excellence, social excellence, economic excellence, good public servant, public servant, peace and order medal, national peace and prosperity medal), the work of conducting foreign study examinations, the work of recording and entering the personal records of employees in the EIMS (Education Information System), We are conducting refresher training for new employees and internal staff.
